George Murray / Poet, Word-Lover / and Father.

George Murray, Poet | Monochrome Stare

This blog is about my dad, and his love of words. He left us in February 2010, but his typed and written words live on.

We periodically post George Murray’s published, unpublished, public, and private work, as we dust it off in the archives.

George Murray / poet, word-lover / and father.

We hope you enjoy George Murray’s words and wordplay here!

P.S. Some of you may realize the title of this post is a 3-5-3 haiku (senryu, actually), which I wrote, mindful of my father and all his lessons. That’s why I have a poetry blog of my own — focused on the short, micro-poetry of haiku & senryu — inspired by him.
